We’re all about RIBS! Yes we do have a full menu, but ribs are our specialty! We try and are different from the rest of those catering and barbeque places out there. We offer a special menu with several different sides. The ribs will be full of flavor, moist and juicy. The sides will be fresh and unique. Everything’s homemade, crisp and tastefully cooked to your wishes. Whether it’s charcoal, gas or smoked. Yes we grill almost everything! Do you have a special request? Don’t hesitate to ask. It’s all about you. When the day comes, we cook the Ribs & Sides and bring it right to you. That easy! Any kind of Rib, rub, spice, sauce or sides you want. All orders need to be made one week ahead. A deposit is due a week before the event. On this day we will go over the final details. We also offer a great lunch menu. Lunch orders need to be placed the day before to assure total freshness!
